Fireclay is a robust raw material which, when added with

water becomes a mixture known as ‘slip’ which is poured into porous moulds and allowed to dry naturally.

After firing the end product is both stain and acid resistant.

Maintenance
To keep your Shaws product in perfect order, rinse
clean with mild detergent and avoid all abrasive
cleaners.

Installation
When installing a Shaws product be sure to use
the correct legs brackets and fittings taking into
account the weight of the product.

Dimensions
Because each fireclay sink is handcrafted it is
unique in size. All nominal dimensions are in mm.
Dimensions may vary by +/-2%. We recommend
that upon delivery of your sink and before installation,
you take precise measurements before cutting and fitting of worktops or units.

Delivery
Shaws products are delivered on pallets in
quantities relative to order placed. Belfast sinks are
generally delivered 8 to a pallet, unboxed. A boxing
and foaming service is available at extra cost.
