The Collection is a unique range of sinks designed to appeal to those consumers aspiring to more contemporary styles. All sinks within this Collection are manufactured in white and biscuit finishes and look superb with granite, wood, slate or laminate work surfaces.
Included are the Classic Butler sinks available in two sizes (600mm and 800mm). Spaciously proportioned, perfect for washing up oven grills or extra large pots and pans, with central waste outlets suitable for both basket strainer and waste disposers. These sinks demonstrate all the benefits of Shaws fireclay ceramics.
There are also two Classic Double bowls (800mm and 1000mm) both with central dividing walls with 3½” waste outlets and round overflows. Good for family living or those who use their sinks regularly when preparing and washing foods.
To complete the Classic Collection there are four inset sinks, double bowl, square, rectangular and circular, all fitting comfortably into any kitchen work surface. The Shaws guarantee is unique – 25 years against manufacturing defects comes as standard as well as an accompanying certificate of authenticity, verifying the product’s handmade quality, signed by the craftsman who produced it.
Shaws – the Very Best of British.
SHAWS ORIGINAL COLLECTION
Shaws Original Collection contains an array of individually hand-crafted, original designs and details which are unique in fireclay ceramics. They are always cool and silky to touch but with a robust, non-porous glaze, which gives an extremely hardwearing surface.
All sinks from the Shaws Original Collection are available in two finishes, White and Biscuit.
Within the Original Collection there are several unique products of different sizes which are suitable to work with bespoke, handmade cabinetry and wood, marble or granite worktops. The Belthorn sink within this collection is a square inset featuring a 3½” waste outlet for basket strainer or waste disposer.
Two of the latest traditionally styled sinks within this Collection are the plain fronted Edgworth, a unique one and a half bowl with an offset dividing wall measuring a huge 997mm. The Egerton, the same huge size has all the same benefits but features an inset, patterned fascia giving it a completely different look. Both have standard 3½” waste outlets suitable for basket strainers or waste disposer.
Other interesting features to bring to the fore are the fluted fronts of the distinctive Ribchester double bowl and the Bowland single bowl with and without the unique back shelf with pre-formed tap holes plus the Pennine. The Pennine is a really traditional Belfast sink, the original, deep Victorian model with integrated weir overflow, plus a patented overflow adaptor to accommodate a waste disposer or basket strainer.
The basket strainers come complete with ceramic indices with the Shaws logo to finish off the ‘look’.
