Quotations/Reports
Under no obligation we are pleased to report on the condition of existing terracotta or advise on new build proposals.

Site Survey/CAD Design
Our specialist team visit site to undertake extensive measurements of size and profile of blocks to be replaced, prior to producing workshop drawings of each unit type to a pre determined clay shrinkage. For new build projects layout and elevation drawings are completed in conjunction with architect/engineer/contractor.

Laboratory Colour Match
We pride ourselves on unrivalled analysis and colour match development, using blended clays and glazes to replicate exciting colours for new projects.

Sculpture
We employ craftsmen who have the skills to create life size sculpture from actual pieces, drawings or photographs.

New Build Mock up Panels
When developing the idea into reality we like to work with the designer to ensure what is drawn on paper works in reality in terms of aesthetics and performance.

Product and Material Testing
All tests on raw materials, units in production and finished products are carried out in accordance with relevant standards or in house documented procedures. Clays will be tested for: chemical and mineralogical analysis, partical size analysis, fired colour, strength and porosity. Processed clay units will be tested for :sieve analysis, moisture content, shrinkage, colour, thermal expansion and glaze thickness. For finished product tests please see our Standard Specification.

Contract Management
With our vast experience in managing terracotta supply projects, our production planning team is focused on ensuring that all contracts, large or small run smoothly from conception to completion.

Technical Presentations
We are pleased to provide technical seminars on terracotta and faience either at our factory or at clients premises. These typically cover manufacture of Terracotta, causes of failure and examples of recent projects.
